The Spirit In Us

For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid but gives us power, love and self-discipline.

2 Timothy 1:7

Speaking up for the Lord is not easy sometimes, especially in the culture we live in today. Paul encourages us as he did Timothy to remember that the Holy Spirit who resides in us gives us the capability, the love for others, and the sensibility to speak up about our faith to others. We should not let fear or anything else keep us from doing so.
